Oversaw and managed packaging specifics and logistics to 4 countries
Oversaw quality control of the finished product
Coordinated manufacturing transfer to a more efficient fabrication partner
Designed and implemented quality tracking and testing systems
Verified consistent onboard hardware performance
Obtained UL listing / approval (ensuring it met global safety requirements for electronic)
In 2020, MIRROR was acquired by lululemon.
